About Dr. Perlman

Dr. Carol Perlman has been teaching her clients to change their habits and reach their goals by examining sabotaging thoughts and making behavioral changes. Dr. Perlman was formerly on staff at Brigham and Women’s Hospital,  Massachusetts General Hospital and in private practice in Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Emory University and received her doctorate from the University of Miami. She has over 20 years experience teaching adults with ADHD to create systems for managing their time and increasing their productivity and focus. She is the co-author of a series of books: Mastering Your Adult ADHD. Dr. Perlman is the owner of an online health coaching business Healthy 4 Life and helps busy men and women create the time for daily health habits. She is also the host of the Healthy Habits 4 Life Podcast where she shares strategies for exceptional time management skills and daily health habits.
