About Carol Perlman, Ph.D.
Carol has doctoral-level training on behavior change and has more than 25 years of experience helping people change entrenched thought patterns and build daily habits that support long-term health. With experience at leading institutions including Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, Carol specializes in the practical application of behavioral psychology to everyday life. She helps clients simplify health changes and create routines that are realistic, repeatable, and sustainable. In addition to her clinical work, Carol is the co-author of the Mastering Your Adult ADHD book series and the founder of Healthy 4 Life, an online habit coaching practice that helps busy men and women build daily habits that support productivity, health, and work-life balance. She is also the host of the Healthy Habits 4 Life Podcast where she shares practical tools for time management, mindset, and sustainable health routines. Dr. Perlman herself utilized this program to eliminate gluten over 3 years ago and shares her own experience as well as professional guidance.
About Caryn Staebler, Ph.D., HHC, FDN-T
Caryn is a certified Holistic & Functional Medicine Health Coach and Transformational Life Coach, an applied psychologist, leadership consultant, and longtime behavior change expert who helps people finally understand what their bodies have been trying to say. After years of struggling with food sensitivities & intolerances, autoimmune reactions, bloating, weight gain, brain fog, exhaustion, and later Lyme disease and hormone imbalances – many of which were dismissed by conventional medicine – Caryn made healing her top priority. By using food as medicine, addressing root causes, and honoring the mind–body connection, she reclaimed her health and went on to co-found Think.Eat.Live. Foods, a mission-driven, health-focused, gluten-free company she co-led for a decade. Today, Caryn brings nearly 30 years of coaching experience – and along with functional lab insight and deep compassion, she is able to help clients mindfully and sustainably change their diets, reduce inflammation, and feel at home in their bodies again.
